Bookmark Reveal + Survey updates

Because we unlocked two additional bookmark designs, I spent this weekend creating two new elemental bookmarks to match the first two. The theme is a bit of like... spirits of the elements or elemental goddesses. Whichever you guys like better. They'll be available for purchase in BackerKit, or if you chose a metal bookmark as your add on, you can select one of the designs below. 

I had a lot of fun creating these, and I hope you like them as well. They're a bit of a slightly different style for me, so I hope they turned out well <3

As for surveys, I've finished setting up the BackerKit surveys and it's currently under review for publishing. Should all go smoothly, the first round of surveys will go out on Tuesday (BackerKit will send out a smoke test, to make sure there aren't any issues) and Wednesday we'll send out the rest of the surveys. Please keep an eye out in your emails for it! If it's not in your regular inbox, make sure it hasn't gone to spam.

A reminder that you'll be able to change your address up until the pins arrive, your address will not be locked in until around August or September and you'll get a 48 hour notice before they are. Also, please make sure to fill out your survey this week. It's important that I get accurate counts for my manufacturer.

Important Post Campaign Info

First off, a huge thank you to everyone for making this campaign a success! We were over 4,000% funded, which is seriously amazing. I absolutely couldn't have done it without you all. Now that our campaign has finished, I wanted to take a moment to talk about what happens next. 

Timeline

• June 2nd-June 15th - Pledges are processed. If for any reason your payment method needs to be updated, you'll have during this time to do so on Kickstarter. 
• June 15th-16th - BackerKit surveys are launched. In the survey you can update your payment method, change your pledge, select add ons, and put in your address. Moving soon? You will be able to update your address until the pins arrive and you will receive a 48 hour notice before addresses lock. 
• It is imperative that you respond to the survey as early as possible so I can get quantity estimates for our enamel pin order for the manufacturer. We cannot begin production until we have most of the counts in.
• June - September - Mass production begins. Due to the high volume and high quantity, we may experience some delays. I cannot control how fast production is (and personally I'd rather them take their time for the purpose of quality) so we may not get pins until October. If there are any delays, I will make sure to keep everyone updated on the timeline.
• September - November - Shipping. As always, I will do my best to give updates on where we're at in the process. When everything gets shipped out will depend on when the pins arrive. I'll do my best to process them as quickly as possible. 

I'm also happy to announce that because we unlocked two more metal bookmark designs, I should have them finished by the end of the week and I'll share the designs before the surveys go live. To continue with the theme, the two added bookmarks will be earth and air themed. 

Another note, for the sake of the design, we've decided to make the fairy wings 40mm instead of 45mm, as the larger size could be too heavy for collars. In addition, we're making the chains just slightly longer (5 and 7 inches) as I've gotten many comments on the length. The longer chains cost a bit more, but as many people have commented and complimented on how ideal the specs are for my latest collar pins, I've decided it would be best.

Convention Schedule

Oh yes, one more thing! I have a handful of comic cons that are coming up and I'll have booths or tables at. I took a huge break last year because of covid and I'm grateful to be doing a few this fall. So, come see me at:

• Megacon, Orlando, FL - Aug 12th-15th
• Rose City Comic Con, Portland, OR - Sept 10th-12th
• FanX, Salt Lake City, UT - Sept 16th-18th

At the moment, those are the only three on the books because I'll be pretty busy with projects and whatnot. If you're going, be sure to come find my booth! :) 

Last, but not least, I'd like to share a project that I actually did a guest design for! This is someone who is very close and dear to me and I'm honored to help support her.

Free Gift Design Announcement

I finalized the design for the free cherry blossom dragon necklace! The cherry blossom dragon necklace was the most popular voted free gift.

We still have four days left to unlock two more bookmark designs and the free gift, so make sure to share with your friends! If we hit $40,000 before the campaign ends, this cute little necklace will be added on to every order. 

Even though it's not technically an element, I think a little sakura dragon represents spring and nature and I loved the idea so much. Someone in the last campaign had suggested a dragon with fairy wings, and I couldn't help getting inspired. I imagine a miniature fairy winged dragon that flits among the cherry blossoms. 

Also, just a few more days left to adjust your pledge. You'll be able to make changes in BackerKit if you need, and you'll be able to add on more items or change your pledge. BackerKit is a pledge managing system that helps the process go so much more smoothly (most of the time at least) and if you have any questions, let me know!

Hey everyone! I hope youre all doing well! We've had a wonderful campaign so far, and I want to thank everyone once again for making this all happen. Seriously, you guys are awesome.

As our campaign draws to a close, I wanted to go over the process of BackerKit as I will be using this as our crowdfunding manager. If you've backed a project of mine before or you've backed a project using BackerKit in the past, then you're probably already familiar with how it works. Once the campaign has ended and pledges have been collected, you'll receive various updates from BackerKit including a survey, where you'll put in your address and choose your reward selections. Moving soon? Not a problem, BackerKit will let you change your address all the way up until the pins have arrived. You'll get a 48 hour reminder notice before addresses lock. If there are any add ons you missed or you'd like to make additional purchases from the campaign, BackerKit also has a add on shop. If you want to upgrade your reward choice or if your payment failed to process during the Kickstarter campaign, BackerKit will also allow you to change your pledge or update your payment method.

As for our campaign, nearly all of the normal stretch goal pins are unlocked, including the nymphs and stone medusa. The basilisk will unlock in a few hundred dollars, and we're on our way to unlocking a free gift added to all the orders. The most popular voted design was a cherry blossom dragon necklace, so I'm working on a design at the moment and it just needs to be finalized. Keep an eye out for it, I'll post it very soon!

New Stretch Goals Added!

Hey everyone! After the amazing success of Day 1 where we blew through ALL of our stretch goals in a matter of hours, I spent the last couple of days designing a handful of new pins. I got a lot of AMAZING suggestions, and decided to add these from the suggestions I received. A new reward tier with 28 pins is available as well, which is enough to cover all the new stretch goals. 

We also added a free gift stretch goal, which you can vote on HERE. I really wanted to add some non-pin ideas, and you are able to suggest a different free gift option by hitting "Other" 

Currently the options are: Elemental bottle mini pins, alchemy elemental coins, washi tape, and a cherry blossom dragon necklace.
